What changed

Every change lenders made to their advertised mortgage, GIC and savings rates, newest first.

Changes come from the rates this site saves once a day from each lender's own website (three times a day for BMO, CIBC, Vancity, Meridian, Beem Credit Union, PC Financial and Simplii Financial's mortgages). A change shows on the day it was first seen. ▼ is a cut and ▲ an increase; for GICs and savings, where higher is better for you, increases are green.
